On October 4, Skyline Commercial REIT completed a disposition transaction of one property in Brampton, ON for $3.6 million. The single-tenant industrial property is located at 21 Steelwell Road and consists of 15,000 square feet of rentable space.
The capital from this sale will be re-deployed by the Skyline Commercial REIT toward other accretive acquisitions in established markets along major transportation arteries that meet the standards and growth objectives of the Skyline Commercial REIT.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Commercial REIT has 83 properties in 34 communities across ON, QC, SK, MB, and AB, with over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
